One of Australia’s largest master planned retail, leisure and entertainment precincts. A 50ha precinct comprising the two key catalyst projects – a new $20m sports precinct and $30m aquatic centre. A national benchmark for Council operated sports and leisure assets. To be achieved by partnering with the private sector to bring complementary revenue generating recreation, sporting and entertainment uses to offset Council’s operating costs for the precinct.
