The large-scale renewal project is set to transform the heart of the Salisbury City Centre through the development of 6 of the largest and most prominently located land holdings. This builds upon a series of strategic investments, including the $42m Community and Civic Hub (2021), the $8m streetscape revitalisation of Church and John Streets (2023) and the $28m Aquatic and Recreation Precinct (2023). Diverse land use outcomes to be achieved will be the first private sector multi-rise uses including hotel, residential apartments, commercial, dining & entertainment, and a new civic attractor. Key value enhancing outcomes secured include public realm contributions and other returnable works in the form of a new centralised multi-deck car park.
