Project Outline

The Gold Coast’s Cultural Precinct, a $300m master planned arts, cultural and entertainment precinct. Includes performing arts theatre and event space outdoor amphitheatre (4,000 pax), art hotel, 5,000sqm of retail space and $60m AA- rated regional art gallery.
