Prepared the development and transaction strategy for City of Playford’s 4ha of surplus land holdings in the Elizabeth CBD. Accelerated land development to achieve co-timed investment from key major private sector stakeholders in the wider CBD through a collaborative partnership model. Secured development partner for $75m of investment in commercial innovation hub ($35m) and an ice arena sports entertainment complex ($40m) in September 2022.
