Creation of a new town centre for Capalaba (a Principal Activity Centre – second only to the Brisbane CBD in priority for high rise development). New village heart to link the two main shopping centres. Proposed uses include medium density residential, multi-rise commercial, new library, gallery, event space, town square and integrated with busway transport interchange.
