Led the preparation of funding strategy for Market Led Proposal and commercial inputs to detailed business case. Developed customised funding strategy and commercial model to demonstrate ability for State government to achieve full capital payback over 30 years. This funding solution enabled AEG Odgen to secure exclusivity with the State. Prepared subsequent commercial business case for CRRDA and acted as lead advisor to achieve commercial viability of development over rail and catalyse renewal of the precinct.
